Changes include:
- temporarily disabled winlogd
- fixed display where carrot signs were being treated as HTML tags, and thus not being displayed

I noticed a small bug where the syslog colors were not being retrieved correctly in the filter options... I have since corrected it and uploaded a new zip of PHP-Kiwi, v1.2.1e. Please download and install this verison if you already downloaded PHP-Kiwi v1.2.1!
