Don't know for fo openjdk 13 (last time I tried was with 10 or something
like this), but I think tomcat 9 should work. I'm not using the Java.inc
anymore but switched to https://github.com/belgattitude/soluble-japha (fork)
at some point, depending on your case, always good to have a look. I also
did a connector https://github.com/belgattitude/soluble-japha-pjb62-compat for
compatibility, but not used it long enough to know if it's production proof.
