Thank you very much for replying. Actually XAMPP is not an app server
but its installer which install php,mysql and apache web server.
My php path is /opt/lampp/lib/php
And extension dir is /opt/lampp/lib/php/extensions/where is kept
javabridge.jar=20

if you can't compile the C code yourself, the binary download contains a
php-cgi and java.so which you can copy into your application server (I
assume XAMPP is an application server).
Another possibility is to use the pure PHP implementation

or to simply use fopen/fwrite/fread to talk to your Java server:
