* switch off the override_hosts setting in your file=20
myapp/WEB-INF/web.xml:

* copy the php-cgi.exe and all the dll's it needs into
the directory myapp/WEB-INF/cgi/
* create a file php.ini (in myapp/WEB-INF/cgi/) with
the following content:

java.servlet=3D"/myapp/PhpJavaServlet"
