Why don't you store the Java.inc into the pear folder?

When a php opcode cache is used, the pure php
implementation is only two times slower than the C
implementation. I don't think this is a problem.
The most expensive part are network round-trips
anyway, which can be avoided by encapsulating the PHP
code with java_begin_document()/java_end_document().
