Hi,
it depends on which OS you try to use the bridge.
On Windows, just install the Tomcat-Addon for Xampp and deploy the JavaBridge.war - file into the webapps directory of xampp.
On Linux I can just tell you, that to get it working on SUSE 10.1 I had to compile the sources.
