Hi:
I'm running PHP/Java Bridge with PHP 5.2.1 on a SunOS 5.10 - sun4u sparc
JavaBridge log:

I need the bridge only when PHP is running with Apache. I have some classes
that are used by a Web Service which interacts with a Java API.
However, I have some PHP scripts which I run with cronjobs that do not
operate using Apache and do not need the bridge. I call them via CLI using
"php myfile.php".
I would like to prevent the bridge from running on those cases because I do
not want to create another Java process each time I run those scripts (each
Java process uses at least 150Mb of RAM memory!!).
Is this possible? Can I configure PHP (or Apache) in a way that the
extension is only loaded by Apache, but not by default when I run php via
CLI?
Thanks in advance,
Regards,
