[Php-java-bridge-users] php-java-bridge build debian package

Hello,
i try to build debian package of php-java-bridge on debian9 with php7.1.
To do that i use pbuilder. So far so good.

I get this class not found exception.
php-java-bridge-7.1.3/build.xml:44: Class not found:
org.eclipse.jdt.core.JDTCompilerAdapter

Where can I get or how can i build this class?
