yes!

I thought I had taken the tomcat 7 image but I really had tomcat 8.

with the tutum/tomcat:7.0 image (after installing php-cgi and the
JavaBridge.war), I get a page that seems correct at
http://192.168.59.103:8080/JavaBridge/.
