Session sharing between JSP and PHP doesn't work in
version 4.0.8. 

The reason is that it uses a session cache variable,
and the bridge doesn't reset this variable at the end
of each php script.

I have committed a fix into the CVS head and updated
the binary- and source download. I have set the
version# to 4.0.8a.

The fix is in php-servlet.jar; the debian or RedHat
binaries don't need it.
