The difficult part is probably the client/PHP part; I haven't seen any descriptions how to compile PHP on windows, yet. Another thing that comes to my mind; since IIS does not use processes but threads, one has to compile the PHP part with the experimental ZTS. I can't say if the bridge compiles with ZTS or not, probably not. But fixing it should be easy. A separate issue is the GCJ quality on this OS; especially the GC. If I remember correctly, the boehm GC isn't (or wasn't) really supported in this environment. But running the server part with Sun or IBM java should be no problem.
