I am having a few issues with the addfile, It shows in the form nice, but once I click submit it does not show the file in $_POST, am I missing something here? I should also add that when I submit the form everything is passed back correct, except the file information.

using PHP 5

$form = new form("tooltip");
$form->setAttributes(array(
"includesRelativePath" => FTP_A_INC."includes",
"tableAttributes" => array("width" => "300"),
"action" => FUSION_SELF.$aidlink."&op=0"
));
$form->addHidden("cmd", "submit");
$form->addTextbox($locale['level']['F']['1'], "level_name", "", array("tooltip" => $locale['level']['F']['T1']));
$form->addTextbox($locale['level']['F']['2'], "level_abbr", "", array("tooltip" => $locale['level']['F']['T2']));
$form->addFile("File:", "file_img");
$form->addSelect("Select Box:", "parent_id", "", array("option0" => "Option 0", "option1" => "Option 1", "option2" => "Option 2"), array("tooltip" => $locale['level']['F']['T2']));
$form->addButton();
$form->render();

    The file upload information can be found in the $_FILES array once the form has been submitted.
