#2 offset calculated?

I keep getting my dates displayed with an offset of an
hour. Always +1 hour, no matter what.

I tried to comment out the DST settings in
class.iCal.inc.php (function, generateOutput). But it
does not work correctly.

Help or pointers appreciated. :)
