UPDATE

Here's the scoop: PHP EMS Tools is currently doing all that my own organization requires, so there won't be any more development at their request. I'm currently a full-time student and working 2 jobs, so I have precious little spare time.

I am MORE THAN HAPPY to develop new features as requested. However, despite 14 downloads this month and 22 last month (plus 5 downloads this month from my site), NOBODY has contacted me in the past few months to give any feedback or request features.

I know how this sounds, and I'm not happy to say it, but I can't put in any more active development time until I hear back from at least a few people that they're looking into using the project.

That being said, even if you download it and hate it - or can't figure out how to make it work - drop me a line and tell me so. I'll get right on it.
