Greetings,
I have finished coding MOST of the first release . I have a few minor
changes and additions to make, and some documentation to write, but it IS
happening.
I expect to have a release somewhere around November 1st. You can keep
updated by visiting the PHP EMS Tools Sourceforge page
(http://sourceforge.net/projects/php-ems-tools/) and checking the news.
I also highly encourage all interested parties to subscribe to the
php-ems-tools-list mailing list (subscribe at
http://lists.sourceforge.net/mailman/listinfo/php-ems-tools-list), on
which I will post notices of releases, as well as URGENT information on
critical bugs, updates, etc.
Also feel free to bookmark the project's homepage, which will have online
documentation (http://www.php-ems-tools.com).
In order to make this release date, the Dispatch Schedule feature, which
provides a weekly text report of which shifts have/do not have complete
crews, and who is needed to complete crews, will be withheld until the
next release. Sorry for any inconvenience, but this is a complex algorithm
and I would rather spend my time getting a first release out.
Thanks,
Jason Antman
