I've identified a few bugs in the current release with the help of an interested user. I'll be updating the code within the week, hopefully. The major bugs are an incorrect reference to a CSS file in some of the roster and signon popups ("style.css" should be "php_ems.css") and a hard-coding of the rig numbers in the rig check sheets. Unfortunately, the CSS bug is in the released version because of an error on my part - I neglected to merge the change from my organization's custom branch into the main trunk. I should have a new version out within the month, at the latest. I've been working on some customization for a user, as well as assisting him with getting the project (as well as Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP, etc.) up and running. I'll be merging some of the changes into the main trunk as options, as well as updating documentation. If you require any assistance, please don't hesitate to ask. If you find any bugs in the software, please notify me. At the moment, if you know how to do this (or are willing to learn), the preferred method is to submit to the Bugs or Feature Requests trackers at SourceForge. You can also email me, and I will add them for you. At some point in the future, I may be moving to my own bug ticketing system. *NOTE:* Nightly CVS builds are temporarily unavailable! My CVS server decided to lose a *pair* of RAID 0+1 drives (mirrored & striped) within 42 minutes of each other. This brought down the root partition on the server. All CVS repository data should be intact on the drives, but it will take me a while to come up with the cash for a set of 18 Gb Ultra3 SCSI 15k RPM disks, and then a while to restore/rebuild the root partition (and any lost data) from backup. (I'm pretty sure that this machine has data-only backup). As a result of all this, my CVS repo is down. If you're looking for a nightly build, please drop me an email <mailto:ja...@ph...> and I'll send a manual tar of the development version (also, luckily, maintained for active development out of CVS). -Jason Antman http://www.jasonantman.com PHP EMS Tools Developer http://www.php-ems-tools.com Midland Park Volunteer Ambulance Corps, Midland Park, NJ http://www.midlandparkambulance.com |
