First Code Release

As mentioned on the project home page http://www.php-eml.com here is first batch of source code.

This is very much in the spirit of release early, release often. This being the early bit. I'll warn anyone away now if you plan on using this for more that testing or getting involved I'd suggest against it. Although the source is commented their is currently NO documentation on installation or anything else for that matter.
