New version of Dropbox released

I am proud to release Dropbox v0.0.6Beta. This release addresses a major bug which was ignoring the user's choice of whether or not to make a file public. I actually jumped a release, as I had previously made a small change for the v0.0.5Beta release, yet never got around to releasing it.
