Install.txt file says:

"2. Chmod (777) the directory named /library.
3. Chmod (777) the file cats.cfg located in /library/."

however, the /library/ directory does not exist in the
v09 files I just downloaded.

That is a bug I just discovered, too.
I had to download previous version 08, which have a directory 'library'.
So I used this in new version 09.
Hope it works this way. I will test my install now.

I just found out, that in version 09, the library file name is changed to 'PHP'.
So this is file to CHMOD to 777.

'library' is renamned to 'PHP' in version 09.
So 'PHP' ( and 'JavaScripts' ) is where we should alter CHMOD.

install.txt is not updated - which it should be

I have just CHMOD the cats.cfg files in /javascript/ and in
/PHP/ and everything works fine, now.
