#15 clamav.so install directory not correct on Ubuntu installs

After a recent update to php the directions for installing this are not correct, at least for Ubuntu. The modules/clamav.so needs to be copied to /usr/lib/php5/2009062 as opposed to /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/

I hope this helps others as well.
