Basically, I have more projects on my plate than I'm really interested in working on. I've done quite a bit of work on a new version of PHP-Calendar which is in CVS or SVN on SF (I don't remember which off-hand). Anyway, I'll try to get a new version of 0.10 out in the next couple of weeks to fix a couple issues and add new translations.
