[Php-calendar-discussion] previous month bug for January

Hi,

There is a bug when you are on january and click previous month. Rather
than going to December it goes to year view (not implemented).

I did a fix on one install but can't remember how exactly but the bug
arises because the link would be ?action=display&year=2005&month=0 but
month=0 gets dropped from the url.
