[Php-calendar-discussion] Documentation

I have created a "users manual" for an organization that I implemented
php-calendar for.  Is there any interest in such a contribution?  If so,
I will gladly remove the direct references for this organization and
submit as documentation for the project.

Also, what was the ultimate outcome of the research done for iCal
support back in March of last year?  I noticed talk in the list archives
but saw not resolution.

Also, I saw a useful patch in the RFE's for project.  What is your
preferred method of patch submission?  Will a diff against the most
current version suffice?
