[Php-calendar-discussion] Display problems with IE6 & IE7

I'm having display problems with IE6 & IE7.  With IE6 the row height is not
increasing dynamically as you add items.  Consequently, only the top 1 or 2
items display.  With IE7 the width of the right and left columns is less
than the other columns.  I can't get uniform width.
