PHP Certificate Authority (PHP-CA) verision 1.1 released

PHP-CA is a basic certificate authority that provides the means for simple certificate issue and administration. This release is the fourth release of PHP-CA and fixes bugs, updates the code base and improves the graphical look of the webpage.
