PHP Certificate Authority (PHP-CA) verision 0.2 released

PHP-CA is a basic certificate authority that provides the means for simple certificate issue and administration. This release is the second release of PHP-CA and fixes some initial bugs in the initial release

The key features of this release are:
- Online configuration of CA certificate and basic parameters.
- Certificate request, verification and issue for both IE and Netscape browsers.
- Easy, and intuitive web-based user interface.
