PHP Certificate Authority (PHP-CA) verision 0.1 released

PHP-CA is a basic certificate authority that provides the means for simple certificate issue and administration. This release is the first public offering and provides a complete but basic feature set.

The key features of this release are:

- Certificate request, verification and issue for both IE and Netscape browsers.
