Non-approved articles show up in the article list.

Can't modify article after it has been approved
because not listed anymore.

Can't delete article after it has been approved
because not listed anymore.

Template should not be based on includes for header
and footer but should look for a keyword and replace
content with that keyword. No need for three files to
show an article.

Not clear on how article appears in ALL sections.
