error in Addressbook program

Good evening,
my problems are, i Cannot open my addressbook.

I first tried addressbookv3.1.1 and got this error number as root on localhost with a password. I changed the version to v2.6 and I got the same errors. Then I changed the owner from root to mziemann with a password. Same procedure!

In config.php I had following variables:

$dbname = "adr";
$dbserver = "localhost";
$dbuser = "mziemann";
$dbpass = "dj7os";
Plese can you help me to proceed in my addressbook!

Which versions did you use?

Good morning,

I used several versions with the same error.

At last I tried:

      PHP-addressbook Version 3.1.1
      Mysql Version 5.0.45  
      PHP Version 5.2.3.3 with XAMPP control panel
