Adding of New data is not working in your New Version Address Book

I followed the installation procedure.
Change config file to but new Data is not adding. Only Groups are getting add.

I thought may database permission is not matching so I change the Database username to root and its appropriate password. Still New data is not adding. Please help Immediately.

same is the issue with me as wel i am using addressbookv8.1.8

after clicking Addnew and click on next i get the below error did u get his ?
