Column Width

First off, great job. So helpful. Thanks. I am a complete noob, but your instructions and forum support has made it possible for me.

My question is about column width. Is there a way to set a fixed width for the columns on the mainpage? The current formatting puts the phone number prefix on one line and the rest of the phone number on the other. I have looked to see if I could set the width to something consistent, but I don't seem to find where that might be possible.

Here you go. Thanks. You can see the inconsistent formatting. I don't know where to change those Column titles either.
