#9 Picture upload

Add ability to upload pictures from admin UI.

* Use standard form file upload.
* I have been looking for an ActiveX as an alertnative
solution, but haven't found anything convicing. Let me
know if you have any suggestion.
* Select directory where pictures should go.
* If upload a ZIP file, uncompress it in directory.
