  You can download version 1.2 from the file list at https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=54893&release_id=115913. The installer gives you the option to install the runtime, source code, or both.
  
  You can also grab the latest code from CVS. Instructions are at http://photoroom.sourceforge.net/download.html.
