PhotoEdit is a simple image editing tool. It was written by Visual Basic.NET 2008.

I uploaded PhotoEdit project to sourceforge.net. and its download link is below.

It has many bugs. I can't fix all of its bug. Please help me to complete it and fix its bugs.
