#1 starting problem

I have a problem starting. When from Java Web Start
Application Menager I press the botton "Start", I get
a window, named "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
", saying:
Runtime Error!

\BIN\JAVAW.EXE
abnormal program termination
