I use Internet Explorer 6.01
When I open philex I allways get an error in line 1
character 179 which indicates that a string is not closed
in "index.php". When I looked at the sourcecode I
recognized, that the string truncates to a new line.
Philex is great, I allways was looking for something like
this.

ah ok i will resolve this as soon as possible ,
Mybe i will omit this updatie checking coz it's not useful
and generate bug when people use philex without frames
