#3 Implement prototype

Implement a software prototype in order to test if it possible to implement the PHIGS standard using Open GL.
The following needs to be included:

1. Centralized structure storage (CSS)
2. Workstation to post CSSes on
3. Primitives: polyline, marker, text and fillarea
4. Hierarchical structures, e.g. pexec_struct()
5. Attributes for: lines, markers, text and fillareas
6. Transformations
7. Input devices and interaction
8. Structues archive, storage and retrieval
   (9). Optional: Some primitives loosely similar to PHIGS+ based on the SUN Phigs implementation.
   (10). Optional: FORTRAN bindings
