#173 tray icon and "remove completed dl"-option

two requests:

We could need an option "remove all complete transfers form list" in order not to have to remove them all one by one after download is completed. Maybe it is already there and I simply haven't found it...?
Right click into download area should open a context menu with that option.

2nd and more important one: I'd be really glad if we could ban the phex into system tray, so there's not always a window in the task bar.
