#146 Can no longer be shut down on disk-full

When the disk is full, I get masses of error-messages (one for each
active download) "disk-full".

Phex then shows, that it is on the verge of showing the close-dialog,
but doesn't show it (I see the program-name in teh toolbar get
selected, but nothing more).
