#4 configuration changes prevent synch tool from loading

If I start with a fresh copy of OE2 with no preset configurations, then I can see the synch tool. If I change any config settings, then the synch tool will no longer load. I'm running OE2.0 on windows. Some of the configurations that I usually change are to have a link filter on the OTE, displaying the parent editor, and adding ID rules.

I have the same problem using the Mac version. Need to reset all configurations to restart.
