Release of v2.0 :)

A complete revamp of the old PhenomMsrTweaker.
Now supports all 5 P-states and a highly configurable custom C&Q.
Code cleaned up and restructured.
Please uninstall any previous version before installing this beta.
Should support new Thubans (X6 etc.) too, please report feedback, especially about Turbo mode.
