[phdl-devel] How to?

I remember experimenting with the PHDL compiler before I went on vacation a
month ago. I want to try it again on a new design but I cannot find the
instructions that I used last time.

I think we need to publish some kind of introduction, front and center, on
the SourceForge site with instructions on how to install and run PHDL.
