#36 REFPREFIX operation with subinst

I defined REFPREFIX = "X" for one of my subinst subdesigns. When I checked the bill of materials I found that all my reference designators come out like this:

X/R1, X/C2, X/U1, ...

I think we want to let the designer control the format of the reference designators. We probably should not insert extra characters. For the case above, the compiler should have generated:

XR1, XC2, XU1, ...

A lot of layout tools probably cannot handle the "/" character in the reference designator.

    Hey Pete,

I think you're right. I'll look into that as well. Thats interesting for me
though, because I thought the compiler was generating them the second way
    already.

I'll let you know what I figure out.

Actually thinking about it now, I think we were purposely putting the "/"
character inbetween so that we could use it as a delimiter if necessary,
      later on down the line.

It might be a good idea to have some symbol inbetween, though possibly "/"
      might not be the best.

      What do you guys think?
