To keep this breif I'll omit my background, however, I've unleashed your software onto 12 University adminstration people as part of my departments OS X upgrade plan. I'm *trying* to get the whole dept. to use Apple Mail, however, these folks can't live without the Eudora Ph functionality and unfortunately our institutions LDAP solution is painfully slow in Apple's Address book app. And it looks like an upgrade or fix to that system isn't coming anytime soon due to our commitment to Ph.
Here's the problem they're having after a week of using your app. They're all pretty novice uses and they are *constantly* closing windows instead of quitting the app. Your application has no way of regaining it's interface window once the user closes the main window without quitting your app and then re-launching it.
I would suggest that by clicking the apps icon in the dock if an interface window isn't present already that the program create/spawn a new window and that a File menu command for "new window" be added along with the standard Apple-N keyboard command.
One other small problem, although I have a temporary workaround, but I thought I should mention this; for some reason, on re-launch your app automatically connects to the cal-poly PH server regardless of what is set in it's preferences. Usually to correct this the user has to re-open the preferences pane and then close it again to fix.
My workaround is to delete all other Ph servers from the .plist file, but obviously this shouldn't be necessary.
All users are running Mac OS X 10.2.3 on G4's.
Thank you,
Adam

I just added the window problem as a bug. I have also
noticed the issue of the server reverting back to the
default value.
