#1 Can't get new window...

Hi,

I am using your Ph client X program. Works well, but
there is a problem. When the window is closed, there is
no way of opening a new one. I have to quit and restart
the application to get a new window. Suggestions:

1. Under "File", add a "New Query" menu item that opens
a new window.

2. When you click on the Dock icon, if no windows are
open, open a new one.

3. Add a field in the window to specify a different server.
