#1 Admin more pictures patch

This hack changes a number of Admin files for Phaos. It
reduces the size of the Make and Edit files that use
graphics while automaticly detecting additional graphics
if they are added to the right folder.

This was only made possible due to the quality of the
file structure used in Phaos.
