Phantom is a tool that allows you to monitor the amount of time you spend connected to the internet. It's been designed for use with flat rate products that give you a fixed number of hours each month for a fixed price. This application keeps track of the time you spend online and when you near your time limit will give you a warning.

This release marks the first milestone for Phantom. It's fully functionally and ready for use. This version has only been tested on Windows XP, however future versions will be fully tested on all Windows platforms.... read more
