New freechess.org accounts

Phalanx has 4 new freechess.org accounts, it only had pikozrout and rusalka before.
The current set of accounts and their setup is:

pikozrout - 8000 NPS (nodes per second)
konozrout - 2000 NPS
kamenozrout - 500 NPS
hastrman - easy level 20
hejkal - easy level 50
rusalka - easy level 80

question 1: can you publish the fine tuning of pikozrout in addition to -n 8000

question 2: how is it possible that with the same nps limit the standard rating is higher, if time does not affect?

obviously the more seconds per move, the more nodes. I'm still interested in pikozrout configuration options as well as which opening book you use.

blitz standard
konozrout 2040 2246 (phalanx xxv 2000 nps + ponder)
pikozrout 2101 2230 (phalanx xxv 8000 nps + ponder)

There is no correlation between the blitz and standard rating for konozrout and pikozrout
this is obviously because ponder compensates the nps difference for standard games

my suggestion is that to create such a correlation, ponder should be partial (50% or 30%).

a new option would weaken the engine on the opponent's turn, keeping -n nps for our turn.

Sorry. After installing Phalanx on Windows, it was removed by the antivirus. I just uploaded the phalanx25.exe executable to virustotal and it says it is unsafe. can you check it?
