Gnome shortcut not created on FC2

On Fedora Core 2, I found the gnome icon isn't being
created because there's no longer a ~/.gnome-desktop
folder. This was not the case on RH9. I'm going to have
to come up with a fix soon. But for now, one can create
a GNOME launcher shortcut to ~/apps/pgst/pgst.sh and it
will work.

I think it's as easy as creating the KDE desktop icon in FC2
and it will create the GNOME icon if you log out and back in
again. I haven't tested this, but I think it will work in
the new 1.3 install, which creates the old GNOME
(.gnome-desktop) icon as well as the new GNOME icon (which
uses the same path as the KDE icon).
