Dear Penguin Greetings users, I've now had two folks point this out so I'd better let the world know. The back buttons on the demonstration web site for Penguin Greetings are implemented as snippets of JavaScript. Because of the way Penguin Greetings retains state, you can press the "back" button in your browser and you will be able to go to the previous page without error. Since some web sites cannot support this, one of my "victims" (err, I mean, Beta-testers .. yeah! :-) would start over to be sure. So I added the JavaScript buttons as a convenience. However, obviously they require JavaScript to work. I will eventually provide a CGI back function, but there are just other things which are higher on the priority list. So, in the meantime, if you are using Penguin Greetings on a browser without JavaScript, just use the browser's own back button and everything will work perfectly well.
